Additionally, it's essential to note that we will only refurbish masks of a maximum 10 years, this ensures your safety during fencing activities. Important Note: Maximum Mask Age is 10 Years

For safety reasons, we only repair/ refurbish fencing masks that are a maximum of 10 years old. Masks older than this should be replaced, as they may no longer provide adequate protection.

Mask Shipment

Packaging: Safely pack your Leon Paul mask for shipping. We recommend using a sturdy box with padding to protect your gear during transit.

Repair Request Form: Inside the package, include the form with your contact information, the reference number from your request ticket submission, and any additional instructions or preferences you may have regarding your repair.

Shipping Address: Ship your repair to the address provided below and on our website. We recommend using a reliable shipping courier with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe delivery of your garments.

Assessment and Cost Estimate

Inspection: Once we receive your Leon Paul mask, our repair team will inspect them thoroughly to assess the necessary repairs or alterations.

Cost Estimate: We will contact you with a detailed cost estimate for the required services. You can review and approve the estimate before any work begins. All prices will include VAT.

Pricing: Each repair can cost up to £15 - £120 depending on the size of the repair, with a full refurbishment being £120. Full refurbishment includes the following services - Replacement of rubber padding (front and back), installation of Velcro inside the mask, replacement of corroded rivets, bib exchange (if necessary), fixed bib masks (when applicable).

Quality Assurance: Before returning the mask to you, we conduct quality checks to ensure that all repairs and alterations meet our high standards.

Repair Duration: Repairs can take up to 2-4 weeks.

Payment and Return

Payment: Upon completion of the repair, we will send you a completion docket. We will then create an order for you as well create a payment link for payment.

Return Shipping: After receiving payment, we will pack and ship your repaired and tailored fencing garments back to your specified address.
