At Leon Paul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or style, we have created the following exchange policy for our customers:
1. Exchange Window
You may exchange your purchase within 28 days of delivery date. After 28 days, we cannot accept exchanges.
2. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. Please provide your order number and reason for exchange. We will provide you with instructions for returning the original item and once we have received your item will ship the desired replacement. If the item is on backorder the exchange will be delayed till the item is back in stock. - sales@leonpaulusa.com
3. Refunds
If the new item is more expensive than the original item, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the new item is less expensive than the original item, we will refund the difference.
4. Exceptions
Some products may be exempt from our exchange policy, include custom-made, personalized items and for hygiene reasons, we also cannot offer an exchange on socks.
5. Exchange Shipping
All customers who require an exchange in the US or Canada are responsible to cover any cost of returning the item to us, as well as the costs of shipping the exchanged item.

6. Warranty Claims
If you believe your purchase is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 28 days from purchase/ delivery date. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or excessive use. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.
7. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the date of change.
