How it works
Stock levels are monitored and updated regularly, so that you can be sure if item shows as 'In Stock' it can be shipped to you quickly.
Stock notifications are a service that we provide to help you stay informed about the availability of our products. When a product is out of stock, you can sign up for a stock notification to receive an email when the product becomes available again.
To sign up for a stock notification, simply visit the product page of the item you are interested in, which is out of stock and enter your email to set up the notification.
Please note that stock notifications are not a guarantee that the product will be available to purchase when you receive the notification. Our inventory levels can fluctuate quickly and we may sell out of the product again before you have a chance to place your order.
If you receive a stock notification and would like to purchase the product, we recommend doing so as soon as possible to avoid missing out on the opportunity to buy it. We cannot hold items or reserve them for customers, and the availability is on a first-come, first served basis.
Checking Stock
Products with no selectable options
The stock status is displayed directly under the 'add to cart' button, increasing the quantity will cause the status to change based on the available stock of the item.
Products with selectable options
Stock notifications are displayed on the product page after you have made your choices and before you add the product to the cart. Increasing the quantity will then cause the status to change based on the available stock of the item.
Custom Weapons & Starter kits
Stock notifications are displayed on the summary after you have made your choices and before you add the product to the cart. These can be either 'In stock' or 'Backorder' please see below a description of what 'Backorder' means
What Stock Notifications Mean
In Stock
The item is available for purchase and can be shipped within our stated terms.
Low Stock
The item is available for purchase and can be shipped within our stated terms. But there are 5 or less of the product currently remaining in stock.
Backorder
Ordering an item that is currently on backorder ensures that you will be first in line for this item when it comes back into stock.
The entire order will be held and shipped when all the items are in stock. We don't generally part ship orders especially those for export due to the high costs of shipping and the increased environmental impact of sending multiple shipments. If you need some of the in-stock items in your order urgently, please place separate orders for the in stock and backorder items.
You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped; you will not need to contact customer support or do anything to follow up on the backordered item. If you do want an update on your order or the expected shipping date, please contact our support team who will be happy to help.
Out of Stock
The item is not available for purchase within a reasonable time frame, but will be available in future.
Discontinued
The item will not be available for purchase now or in future. This will normally apply only to items within our clearance category.
