It's important to note that E-Vouchers are not physically shipped. Instead, upon completing your purchase, you will promptly receive a confirmation email containing the unique E-Voucher code. This code can then be used for future transactions. You can also set the date you want your E-Voucher to be sent from or send to the recipient directly with a gift message.

What is the refund or return policy for purchases made with a E-Voucher?
