Shipments
Domestic (UK to UK):

Packet Post
Domestic (UK to UK)
By selecting Packet Post which is facilitated by Royal Mail. Packet Post offers a cost-effective and efficient solution for shipping small and lightweight items. With Packet Post, you can expect delivery within 1-2 working days. Prices may vary depending on weight, size and other factors.
International (UK to Rest of the World)
You may see Air Mail or International Packet Post as an alternative service to UPS, depending on the country you are ordering from. This service is for shipping small and lightweight items. Please bear in mind that it can typically take 1-4 weeks and is an untracked method of delivery.
Order Types
Items in Stock:
These are orders that all item(s) are in-stock that are ready for immediate shipping. They do not have any special requirements or customization requests.
Custom Orders:
Customer orders are personalised items we offer which include, jackets, breeches, lames, masks and bags. These orders often require an additional 2-3 working days to process before they are shipped.
Items on Backorder:
Backordered items are products that are temporarily out of stock but are expected to be replenished soon. Customers can place an order for these items, and they will be shipped once they are back in stock. Keep in mind the rest of the order will not ship until the whole order is in stock.
It’s important to note that these are general guidelines, and actual delivery times may be influenced by factors such as processing times, customs clearance, public holidays or unforeseen events. Additionally, some remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional transit time.
