At Leon Paul, we understand the importance of convenience and flexibility for our customers. That’s why we offer “Collect in Store”. With this option, you have flexibility to place an order online and pick it up in our store - Unit 19 Garrick Ind. Est., Irving Way, London, NW9 6AQ (UK only)
Simply place your order on our website, selecting the items you wish to purchase. During the checkout process please select “Collect in Store”. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and the items you have purchased. Typically, the collection timeframe for store pickup is within 2-3 working days. However please ensure that you have received a shipping confirmation email before attempting to collect your order in-store.
If you are unable to personally collect your order and would like someone else to do so on your behalf, we kindly request that they provide proof of identity along with your order confirmation number.
To facilitate the collection process, you will receive an email containing your order reference. Please make sure to bring this reference with you when you come to collect your order.
For your convenience, we will hold your order for up to 21 days. If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please note that we will initiate a refund for the total amount of your order.
When collecting your order, we kindly ask that you bring proof of purchase and one of the following forms of ID for verification purposes:
- Valid Photocard Driving License
- Valid Passport
- Debit/ Credit Card
Our UK shop is open Monday to Friday - 10am - 4pm & Saturday 10am - 3pm
If you won't be able to collect your orders within the opening hours of our store, please contact our customer service team.
