1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order at any time while it is being picked. Once you order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Cancellation Process
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

3. Refunds
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund to the original method of payment. If your order has already been shipped, you may return it to us for a refund within 28 days, provided that the product is in its original condition, packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
4. Exceptions
Some products may be exempt from cancellation or return which include custom-made, personalized items and for hygiene reasons, we also cannot offer a return or refund on socks. In these cases, we will clearly indicate the cancellation and return policy on the product page and during checkout process.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance to protect your exchange shipment.
