At Leon Paul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have developed the following return policy to ensure a fair and efficient process for all customers:
1. Return Window
You may return your purchase within 28 days of the delivery date. After 28 days, we cannot accept returns.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. Please provide your order number and reason for return. Alternatively you can send the item back and fill in the returns form which was provided in your shipment.

3. Refunds
If you return your purchase within 28 days of the delivery date, you will receive a refund of your goods to the original method of payment. If the product Is returned in a condition other than its original condition. Note it may take up to 10 working days to process your refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
4. Exceptions
Some products may be exempt from our return policy which include custom-made, personalised items and for hygiene reasons, we also cannot offer a return or refund on socks. In these cases, we will clearly indicate the cancellation and return policy on the product page and during checkout process.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance to protect your return shipment.
Please note that if you are returning items from outside of the UK, please ensure that you value the return as £10 and clearly label it as 'NOT SOLD RETURN' to avoid any potential custom issues.

6. Warranty
If you believe your purchase is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 28 days from purchase/ delivery date. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or excessive use. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.
7. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the date of change.
